2. Prices and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT (currently 22%, as per Slovenian tax regulations). While we strive to ensure pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors. Payment can be made securely through our accepted payment methods: credit/debit card. Orders are processed upon successful receipt of payment. Invoices will be sent to the customer’s email and are available for download in their account section.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the Slovenia. Standard delivery times range between 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or external circumstances.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU and Slovenian consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. You must notify us in writing (e.g., email) and return the product unused, in its original packaging.
