Returns and Complaints

1. Right to Return

You have the legal right to return products within 14 days of delivery, without needing to give a reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@runsncoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to adjust the refund amount if the returned product shows any signs of use, damage, or if items/accessories are missing.

2. Return Process and Costs

After notifying us of your intention to return, please send the product back to our warehouse address (provided upon request). You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for products lost during return transit if a non-trackable method is used.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs (except where goods are defective) are non-refundable.

4. Complaints

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a clear description (and photos if applicable) of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and aim to resolve the issue within 30 days.

We do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution providers as competent unless you and the provider agree otherwise. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
